How can I get credentials ?
How do I login using Single Sign-On (SSO)
- You can find a video tutorial here which summarises the below process
- Starting January 23rd, 2026, a new button “Log in with FE fundinfo” will be available on e-file login screen. This will give you access to FE fundinfo SSO, once set up.
- The aim of this improvement is to ease your user experience and the reinforce the security (with the introduction of MFA)
- For now, this feature is only suitable for human users (who needs to access the portal), Sending Service accounts can't used such feature.
- If you would like to use your own company's SSO, please reach out to our support team for onboarding (e-file.support@fefundinfo.com).
- If you want to connect using FE fundinfo credentials, select the button
- “Log in with FE fundinfo”.
- If you already have a FE fundinfo account with the same email address than your e-file account, you have nothing to do: simply log in with your FE fundinfo credentials on the below login screen. If you’re already connected, you’ll be directly redirected to e-file's dashboard or the user selection screen.
- If you’re new to FE fundinfo, you will need to select “Reset password?” on the screen above and specify the e-mail address linked to your e-file account.
- You will receive an e-mail enabling you to choose a secure password. Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 1 Uppercase, 1 number and 1 Special Character (#,?,!, @, %,^,&,*,.).
- After setting your password using the link received on your e-mail address, click again the “Log in with FE fundinfo” button on the e-file landing page and enter your newly created FE fundinfo credentials.
- For increased security, we are enforcing Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) by default. You will have the choice between setting up an authenticator app or using a code sent via e-mail.
- If your e-mail is tied to a single e-file user, you’ll be connected to e-file with this user.
- If your e-mail is tied to multiple e-file users, you’ll be able to select the desired e-file user from the screen below:
- You’ll be redirected to e-file's dashboard as the selected user. Switching between multiple users is now made easy thanks to the user selection button in the top right corner of the dashboard:

Submitting a report
I want to send a 'ready to send' report
- You can send it through the Transmission module.
I want to 'reply' to a regulator's questionnaire
- You can send it through the Transmission monitoring.
I want to create a report
- Some reports can be filled and sent via an e-file form, see the Report Generation module.
I have lots of reports to send
- We offer an automated solution called the Sending Service.
Talk to your local e-file administrator or IT team.
I want to send a Cross-border notification (notification letter)
- We offer an wizard to complete the full package (including the notification letter) required for a Cross-border notification, see the Cross-border Nootification module .
I want to get my visa-stamped prospectus
- We offer an wizard to complete the questionnaire and attached the prospectus following the new e-Identification process, see the e-Identification prospectus .
I want to use modules not for a filing
- You can retrieve the list of other modules on this pages e-File modules .

I want to know my sends' status
- The Transmission Monitoring module is designed for.
I want to receive notifications by e-mail
- You can find a video tutorial here which summarise the below process
- Step 1 : Connect to e-file with your user credentials : https://www.e-file.lu/e-file/
- Step 2 : Select Update my profile
- Step 3 : Select Customize your notifications.
- Step 4 : Select the relevant group.
- Step 5 : Select the Alert type.
- The changes are automatically saved upon click. No further validation is required.
- Optional Step 6 : Receive only your alerts and not the whole group's ones.
- Ticking also the group box, the sends from other users of the same reports' group will be ignored.
I want to extract some dashboards
- In the relevant modules, you will find a "reports" button at the top right menu. Please click it and select the appropriate dashboards then use the download button.
