Introduction

E-file.lu, Bourse de Luxembourg and Finesti offer a perfect transmission and follow up solution for entities to meet the Luxembourgish regulatory reportinds requirements.

Our solution consists in an easy to implement electronic real time platform for communication and documents exchange in a secure environment.

Subscription period

Thr CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team is at your disposal for all functional and ccommercial questions.

This contact point is able to understand your business needs and guide you to the appropriate technical modules.

At the end of this first phase of your subscription your request is transmitted to the SDI (Service Déploiement et Installation) team.

The latter helps you to install our modules in your premises and, during the whole installation process, stays at your service to bring you the necessary technical assistance necessary for the proper use of our tools.

Physical Installation

We are used to come to your premises to perform the physical installation of the application.

Generally two visits are required.
However, in some special cases (eg remoteness) or at your request, we are able to provide a comprehensive guide allowing you to perform the installation by yourself.

Certificate ordering

The first visit lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour, its main objective is to order the Luxtrust certificate required for the secure transmission of your reports.

This previously requires the installation of our Encryption Module to generate the requested keys needed to obtain standard SSL certificate issued by Luxtrust.

Activation and training

Usually, the second visit lasts 1 hour and aims to finalize the installation and certificate activation.
From that moment, the encryption module becomes operational and allows you to perform secure sending to the authorities.
We then take the time to validate your configuration and assist you in sending your first report.

Adding new modules

A technical module is corresponding to each type of functional reporting.
Should your needs change, simply contact the CRM to request the update of your contract.

This allows us to add this functionality to the list of available services for your company and the SDI will contact you to assist in its implementation

Usually, the latter only consist in online configuration performed by your local e-file administrator.

Different sending modes

We provide 2 reports sending solutions, with no additional cost.

Manual sending

This is the most common solution if your sending volume is not consistent.
The e-file.lu website allows the sending of reports through folders and procedures depending on the kind of report.
It remains to you to join the file to be sent (like an email), but with the certainty of using the authorities required secured channel.

In the case of the Finesti Station, we also provide dynamic PDF forms
The 'send' button included in these forms redirects you automatically to e-file to encrypt and sent the data according to th technical specifications of BCL or CSSF.

Automatic sending

This solution is useful if the number of reports to be sent is consistent amount of reports to send or if the manual sending does not suit your needs.

In this case, you just have to store your files in the appropriate folder of our tool called Sending Service.

In this situation, and particularly for Finesti Station, you will have to generate by yourself the XML or TXT files according to authorities specifications.
