Fundsquare file naming convention for single documents to be stored in Fundsquare's library

*Using other fund codes is possible only with the agreement of Fundsquare. The "Other fund codification or name" data is optional (length is variable) but must not contain any special character or accent (ASCII 7-bits).

Variant 1 (manual document indexation)

Position 36 to n: free text (optional) with fund codification or label

Example: ADDPRO-2017-09-01-FR-00-2011-02-01-xxxxxxxxxxn.pdf


Variant 2: (reserved for KIID and Factsheet ONLY. File transmission to FSQ library through FTP/sFTP => automatic document indexation)

Position 36 to 47: share class ISIN code

Position 49 to n: free text (optional) with Fund codification or label

Example: KIIDOC-2017-09-01-EN-00-2011-02-01-IE0123456789-xxxxxxxxxxn.pdf


Variant 3: (extension of variant 2 - automatic document indexation)

Position 36: indexation level (1 = fund / 2 = sub-fund / 3 = share class level)

Position 38 to 49: share class ISIN code

Position 51 to n: free text (optional) with Fund codification or label

Example: KIIDOC-2017-09-01-EN-00-2011-02-01-1-IE0123456789-xxxxxxxxxxn.pdf


Variant 4: (for documents with no fund reference)

Position 36: indexation level (0 = company level)

Position 38 to n: company identifier or company name (LEI, legal entity identifier)

Example: AIFMRF-2017-09-01-EN-00-0000-00-00-0-xxxxxxxxxxn.xml
