Overview of the software

The aim of this application is to facilitate requests for marketing in other European countries that are made by funds domiciled in Luxembourg.

The notification itself is composed of 4 steps. They are described in the section Carrying out a notification: 4 steps.

This section is your workspace. It allows you to effectively gather all the documents needed for marketing in host Member States in a structured and methodical way.

The steps for the notification are clearly specified to guide you simply and efficiently in the realization of the notification, in accordance with the principles defined in the CSSF circular.

This process is divided into 4 steps:

• 01 | Fund selection : search for the fund to be notified
• 02 | Marketing of shares : Add/remove marketing countries, set parameters for shares classes by country
• 03 | Document management : Add and indexing the necessary documents in your workspace
• 04 | Notification letters and transmission : Edit and send the notification letters

Additionally, in this section there are all errors and warnings of the application.

This section allows you to consult the processing status at the CSSF of notifications sent, as well as replies from supervisory authorities in host Member States.

It is made up of 3 screens:

• My recent notifications: this follow-up table shows the last 5 notifications
• Search: this screen allows you to look for a notification by CSSF or ISIN code, as well as by date of notification.
• Rejected notifications: this table lists all the notifications containing an anomaly, as detected by the CSSF, or a denial of marketing by the recipient country.
